Customized fertigation systems, for fertilizers and acid dosing, automatic pH and conductivity adjustment and monitoring, especially designed for liquid fertlisation and irrigation.
PVC panels are assembled with
- 1 multichannel digital control instrument for pH and conductivity measurement;
- 1 (up to 4) digital metering pump, pneumatic operation, multifunction mode, for fertilizer dosing, flow rate 150 l/h, pressure range 5 bars;
- 1 electromagnetic metering pump, multifunction mode, for acid or chlore dosing, flow rate 12 l/h, pressure range 5 bars;
- 1 pH probe with 4,5 cable;
- 1 conductivity probe with graphite electrodes, 1 meter cable, scale from 0 to 20.000 microsiemens;
- 1 (up to 4 - for each metering pump) multifunction valve for pressure, safety, antisiphon and drain;
- 1 in-line probe holder for 2 pH electrodes and 1 threaded ¾";
- 1 filter holder with washable PET cartridge.
Panels are assembled in several configurations:
- Panel equipped with 1 acid metering pump + 1 fertlizer metering pump - board dimensions H 800 x L 900.
- Panel equipped with 1 acid metering pump + 2 fertlizer metering pumps - board dimensions H 800 x L 1.000.
- Panel equipped with 1 acid metering pump + 3 fertlizer metering pumps - board dimensions H 800 x L 1.200.
- Panel equipped with 1 acid metering pump + 4 fertlizer metering pumps - board dimensions H 800 x L 1.300.
