Our range of repair collars designed to safely and reliably resolve localized breaks on any type of pipe. Made with high quality materials, our products boast a ductile iron structure covered in a robust layer of non-toxic epoxy resin (250 microns).

Applications

Available:
• 1 bolt: Simple one-bolt collar for repairing all types of pipes
for water or gas use. Compatible with drinking water, it is used for repairing small breakages. Also available with stainless steel bolts for greater corrosion resistance.
• 3 bolts: Three-bolt sleeve collar for repairing and joining all types of water or gas pipes. Compatible with drinking water, it is used for many types of breakages, including transversal ones up to 80%. It can be used for transversal breaks greater than 80% as long as the pipes are well anchored since the collar does not act as an anti-slip joint. Also available with stainless steel bolts for greater corrosion resistance
• 5 bolts: Five-bolt sleeve collar for repairing and joining all types of water or gas pipes. Compatible with drinking water, it is used for many types of breakages, including transversal ones up to 80%. It can be used for transversal cracks exceeding 80% as long as the pipes are well anchored since the collar does not act as an anti-slip joint. Also available with stainless steel bolts for greater corrosion resistance.
